Appointments

At Ella Nail Lounge, we strive to provide exceptional service and value your time as much as we value ours. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, please review our updated policies:

• Punctuality: We honor appointments with a 5–10 minute grace period. Please plan accordingly and allow yourself extra time to find parking.

• Cancellations: If you are unable to make your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients and minimize disruptions to our schedule.

• No-Show Fee: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without providing 24 hour notice will be charged a $25 no-show fee. This fee will need to be paid before booking any future appointments.

Service Guarantee & Redo Policy

1. Redo & Repair Eligibility

We offer complimentary repairs/redos for concerns reported within five (5) days of your original appointment.

Eligible concerns include:
• Lifting, peeling, or chipping of polish
• Broken, cracked, or fallen-off enhancements caused by application issues

Concerns reported after 5 days will be considered a new service and charged at our regular pricing.

2. No Cash Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds or credit card reversals.

If a redo is approved, we will fix the issue at no additional cost.
If a redo is not possible, management may issue a one-time salon credit at its discretion.

3. Client Responsibility

Proper aftercare is essential for long-lasting results. Aftercare guidance is provided at your appointment.

Damage caused by personal activities, improper care, or external factors—such as excessive water exposure, chemical contact, or physical impact—is not eligible for a complimentary redo.

4. How to Request a Redo

• Notify us within 5 days of your appointment
• Provide a clear photo of the affected nails for evaluation
• Schedule the redo within a reasonable timeframe (subject to availability)
